BEARS and FRIENDS
This project was started to collect donations of gently used/new stuffed animals to share a bit of snuggly comfort with refugee kids and other children going through traumatic situations.
As these kids often leave their homes in haste, they are rarely able to bring much with them. After making sure these stuffies are clean and packaged cheerfully, we send them out as encouraging, huggable, portable gifts. |

HOW YOU CAN HELP
We would love your help in this effort to share comfort with children in tough places! Every stuffie makes a huge difference! You can:
REQUIREMENTS:
Each new or gently used stuffed animal should be free from rips/tears/stains.
- donate new or gently used stuffed animals of any size
- coordinate a "stuffie drive" among your friends, family, neighbors, and school friends
- volunteer to clean (wash/dry) gently used stuffed animals so they are clean to share
- donate funds to provide materials (stuffies, tags, packaging, delivery costs, etc)
- pray for the kids that will receive Bears and Friends
